• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Local Pickup
• Customers in the Springfield area may choose free local pickup at checkout.
• Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business days.
• You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
International Shipping
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we expand our service.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Springfield Mercantile Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
