Springfield Mercantile Co. Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards, perishable goods, and final sale items cannot be returned.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items at checkout.
